POLSELLA

We collect our olives mid-veraison, i.e. at 70/80% of maturation. We aim at increasing the quality of the oil. Thanks to the new Decanter, we have eliminated the use of vertical extraction final separators, thus obtaining a shortening of the process, less heating of the product and an increase in the presence of polyphenols, with a consequent increase in the storage capacity.

EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

“POLSELLA” IS OBTAINED FROM A BLEND OF TWO CULTIVARS: 90% FRANTOIO AND 10% MORAIOLO. FOR ITS PARTICULAR CHARACTERISTICS, IT IS SOLD EXCLUSIVELY IN 500 ML BOTTLES.

Our oils have high quality levels with very low percentages of acidity, very low percentages of peroxides that protect the extra virgin olive oil from oxidation and aging phenomena together with a high quantity of polyphenols.
