We collect our olives mid-veraison, i.e. at 70/80% of maturation. We aim at increasing the quality of the oil. Thanks to the new Decanter, we have eliminated the use of vertical extraction final separators, thus obtaining a shortening of the process, less heating of the product and an increase in the presence of polyphenols, with a consequent increase in the storage capacity.

3 CULTIVARS ARE USED FOR BIANCHETO: 75% FRANTOIO, 15% MORAIOLO AND 10% LECCINO. THIS PRODUCT IS SOLD IN BOTTLES OF 100, 250 AND 500 ML AND IN CANS OF 0,5, 1, 3 AND 5 LITERS.

Our oils have high quality levels with very low percentages of acidity, very low percentages of peroxides that protect the extra virgin olive oil from oxidation and aging phenomena and a high quantity of polyphenols.
